Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Caylet LLC handles information when you use caylet.com and cards.caylet.com. Both sites share this policy; other Caylet subdomains and external services may have separate policies.

1. Browsing and contact information

Cloudflare delivers our pages, security services and public images. Providers may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser and device information, referring pages and security events for content delivery, security and troubleshooting.

When you contact us by email or Telegram, we receive the contact details, messages and attachments you provide to respond, discuss partnerships, correct content or handle privacy requests. Do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, taxpayer identification numbers, card numbers, passwords or full credit reports.

2. Search and interactive tools

Site search, card selection, comparison, credit-score education and company-formation assessment process queries or answers in your browser. Current tool code does not submit these inputs to us or a bank, or save them as an account profile. Results are not credit reports or bank applications.

Depending on the selected function, the currency tool requests currency and date-range data from ExchangeRate-API, Frankfurter or a proxy for Yahoo Finance historical data. Requests do not include your entered conversion amount; receiving services may still obtain your IP address, currency pair, date range and normal connection data.

3. Browser storage and traffic data

The card directory uses session storage to remember the bank selected for a navigation action so footer links open the correct category. This is not an account or advertising identifier. You can clear site data in your browser.

The sites load Cloudflare's browser traffic and performance measurement script to understand page views and loading performance. It processes browsing and performance metrics as described by Cloudflare, separately from the delivery and security processing described above.

Current site code on these two sites does not integrate Google Analytics 4. Delivery and security services may still process traffic data; this does not mean that every service is free of logging. If we add analytics or advertising tracking, we will update this policy and provide notice and consent choices where applicable law requires them.

4. Images, videos and external services

Images and video thumbnails may load from image services or YouTube when you view a page, sending normal connection data. The YouTube player loads after you activate playback and uses privacy-enhanced mode; data is still processed under its policies during playback. This mode does not mean anonymity or the complete absence of tracking.

Email, Telegram, banks and other external services are provided by their respective operators. Their privacy policies apply when you open a link or send a message; we do not control their independent processing practices.

5. Partner links and data recipients

Some links include partner or referral identifiers, or use fixed redirects to partners. After a click, partners or affiliate networks may use cookies or other methods to attribute clicks and qualifying transactions to commissions or referral rewards. Not every click necessarily sets a cookie. We do not collect bank application data on these two sites.

Hosting, security, email and communication providers may process information to provide services. Information may also be provided to authorities or professional advisers when required by law, to resolve disputes or protect rights. We do not sell private messages you send us to advertisers.

6. Retention, security and international processing

We retain necessary information according to communication or service purposes, dispute resolution and legal requirements, without promising one retention period for all data. Providers have their own retention practices. Caylet LLC is based in the United States; providers may process data there and in other locations. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee completely secure transmission or storage.

7. Choices and privacy requests

You can manage browser storage, restrict third-party cookies, choose not to play videos or avoid partner links. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete data, or object to or restrict processing. Contact us by email; requests are handled subject to reasonable identity verification and applicable law. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.

8. Children's information

These sites serve adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. Contact us if you believe a child provided information so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
