These terms apply to caylet.com and cards.caylet.com, operated by Caylet LLC. By using the sites you agree to these terms; if you disagree, stop using them. Other subdomains and external services may have separate terms.

1. Role of the sites

The sites provide articles, card information, comparison and educational tools, and cross-border finance and company-formation information. We are a publisher, not a bank, issuer, lender or credit reporting agency. These two sites currently provide no member registration, payment checkout or bank application form, and do not open accounts, approve cards or form companies for you.

2. General information and professional advice

Content is general information and education, not personalized financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and creates no adviser or agency relationship. Consult qualified professionals for your residence, tax status and circumstances.

3. Information currency and tool limitations

Offers, fees, application rules and laws may change. Unless a page states otherwise, information is not updated in real time and does not mean every term has been freshly verified. Current issuer, provider and authority terms and decisions control.

Recommendations, comparisons, point valuations, exchange rates, credit-score teaching outputs and eligibility checks use limited data and assumptions. They are not actual credit scores, bank quotes, approval probabilities, complete eligibility decisions or guaranteed returns. Rates may be delayed and transactions may include spreads and fees. Legal requirements and formation costs vary; check official information before acting.

4. Partner links and external services

Some links may earn commissions or referral rewards; see our advertiser disclosure. External applications, transactions and services are provided by third parties under their terms and privacy policies. We cannot guarantee their approval, availability, content or service quality.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may browse and use tools for personal or internal informational purposes, and quote reasonable excerpts with attribution. Unless legally permitted or authorized, do not reproduce at scale, resell or misrepresent our content. Bank trademarks, card images and third-party materials belong to their respective owners; display does not imply endorsement. Do not disrupt services, bypass security, scrape with unreasonable traffic or use the sites unlawfully.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the sites and content are provided as is and as available, without guarantees of complete accuracy, continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the same extent, Caylet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from use or inability to use the sites. These terms do not exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Governing law

Subject to applicable mandatory law and consumer rights, these terms are interpreted under Wyoming law, United States, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of its state or federal courts. Other jurisdiction required by applicable law remains unaffected.

We may update content, features and terms; the revision date appears here. Chinese and English are intended to convey the same content; contact us to correct discrepancies.
